We had great fun doing this class and we learnt so much more than just the cooking basics. We learnt the history and traditions behind the dishes and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. They provided a translator and were completely accommodating of the coeliac guest. I highly recommend this as something different to do in Palermo. Thanks for hosting us

This was, without doubt, one of our holiday highlights. If you get the chance you have to do this. Azurra is an amazing chef and Lorenzo is a great linguist with a fantastic sense of humour. We cooked the street food menu which was delicious and Azzurra kept her eye on us the whole time to make sure we were on track. Giovanna worked hard to keep everything clean and tidy. It was sooooo much fun. I would do it again in a heart beat.
